Nice Stay in Ideal Location

key attractions thorough cleaning welcome surprise nice backdrop

I appreciated the proximity to key attractions the hotel is near many restaurants ATMs and museums. The daily room cleaning was thorough I found it kept everything fresh. I was upgraded to a better room after the first night which was a welcome surprise. I especially enjoyed the lovely dining room view it provided a nice backdrop to meals.

I found the breakfast selection somewhat limited it could have benefited from more variety.

Mediocre stay , issues with cleanliness and services

streaks of dirt worn towels

The roof terrace offered a nice view during breakfast.

The room I was given was not clean AT all. Dust was visible and the shower door had streaks of dirt. The provided towels were worn , and not even white. IT was FRUSTRATING.

The breakfast on the terrace included amazing views. Ibrahim assisted me with planning a personalized tour. The room was clean. The bed was comfy.

The hotel is at the end of Kaleici, so it is a small walk to reach ATMs.

Excellent Location and Service

helpful staff satisfactory experience

The staff helped me organize a day trip to a local waterfall. I also appreciated that I could leave my luggage after checkout while I explored the city further. Breakfast offered amazing views of the mountains and sea. It was a satisfactory experience overall I must say.

The hotel is well-situated in the heart of the old city center, Kaleici. It's only a five-minute walk to Mermeli Beach and ten minutes to the harbor. Numerous restaurants and shops are just a minute away.

The staff tried to assist with any request. I was allowed to stay longer in my room after checkout, which I greatly appreciated. The host suggested nice tours and available alternatives in the area.

The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place that offers panoramic views. Air conditioning is in every room. Wi-Fi worked really well and provided constant signal strength throughout the entire hotel area.

rooftop breakfast nice view efficient service

The breakfast space on the rooftop was open and offered tasty food. I had a nice view from my window. The air conditioning in the room worked well. This was great, after a long day of exploring. The service was efficient.

The shower door was streaky.
